What actually pushes the price up

Overboarding, fixing plasterboard over the existing surface and skimming that, usually adds £8 to £15 per square metre in materials and labour, but gives a genuinely fresh, flat surface. Check whether the plasterer removes and refits radiators or coving, whether they take the waste away, and whether they are covering sockets and skirtings or leaving that to you.
