Common questions.

How long does a room take to skim?

A typical bedroom takes one day. A whole-house re-skim depends on size but we will give you a clear schedule.

Do I need to clear the room?

Furniture covered or moved to the centre is fine, we sheet up everything else and tidy as we go.

How long until I can paint?

Plaster needs to dry fully before painting, usually around 4 to 7 days depending on weather and ventilation.

Can you skim over Artex?

Sometimes yes, often we encapsulate first or board over. We will tell you what is right when we see it.
