Yes, full PL and references from developers we work with. Happy to send certificates over.

Can you start at short notice?

Often yes. Our planner will give you a real start date based on what is in front of us.

Per-plot or day-rate?

Per-plot is normal on new-builds, it keeps the QS happy. We can do day-rate for one-offs and snags.

Can you cover the whole site?

Yes, we are happy taking on whole sites. We scale the team to match the programme.
